About the event
Find your calm through movement at our Monday Anxiety-Friendly Fitness sessions! Designed specifically for people experiencing anxiety or other mental health challenges, these sessions provide a structured yet flexible approach to physical activity where there's no pressure to perform or compete.
Each week features accessible, moderate-intensity movements that release tension, boost mood-enhancing endorphins, and build confidence. Our specialist instructor understands anxiety and creates a predictable, supportive environment where you always have options to adjust activities to your comfort level. No fitness experience is necessary—just a willingness to explore how movement might help you feel better.
This free program runs every Monday from 6:00-7:30 PM.
To create a supportive community atmosphere while ensuring everyone receives appropriate guidance, we require a minimum of 12 registered participants.
