About the event

Transform stress into strength at our Saturday Stress-Relief Through Movement sessions! These weekend gatherings offer people experiencing anxiety and other mental health challenges a perfect opportunity to release accumulated tension and reset for the week ahead through accessible, enjoyable movement activities.


Each session begins with a brief check-in and stress awareness practice, followed by a variety of movement options that help discharge physical tension, express emotions, and activate the body's natural relaxation response. The focus is on finding pleasure in movement rather than "exercising," and all activities can be modified to suit different comfort levels and abilities. Sessions conclude with relaxation techniques you can use anytime stress strikes.


This free program runs every Saturday from 10:30 AM-12:00 PM.

To create a supportive community atmosphere while ensuring personalised guidance, we require a minimum of 12 registered participants.
