About the event
Experience the powerful combination of nature connection and mindful movement at our Wednesday Outdoor Mindful Movement sessions! These evening gatherings help people with anxiety and other mental health challenges harness the natural stress-relieving benefits of being outdoors while moving their bodies in gentle, intentional ways.
Each session incorporates elements of walking meditation, forest bathing, gentle stretching, and sensory awareness exercises in natural settings. The focus is on present-moment awareness rather than performance, helping to quiet racing thoughts and regulate emotions through connection with nature and your body. In case of inclement weather, we have indoor backup locations with natural elements.
This free program runs every Wednesday from 6:30-8:00 PM.
To create the right atmosphere and ensure everyone receives proper guidance, we require a minimum of 12 registered participants.
